2 tablespoons green curry paste.
2 pieces dried lemon grass.
3 dried kaffir leaves (remove just before serving the soup)
300 mls of vegetable stock.
400 mls coconut milk.
1 tablespoon fish sauce.
225 grms of cooked, peeled prawns, try to use the best you can afford.
1 bag of stir fry vegetables.
To finish, juice of 1 lime , chopped , spring onion chopped & chopped fresh coriander.
