What’s not to love about today's nutritious meal the whole family will enjoy and a delicious alternative to a Friday night takeaway? Duck & Noodle Vegetable stir fry with Cashews, Spring Onion and Chilli. Ingredients: Duck marinade. 2 cloves of garlic, peeled & chopped. 1 thumb size piece of ginger, peeled & chopped. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon honey. Place the above ingredients in a zip lock bag. 2 duck breasts, sliced very thinly. Vegetables. 1 courgette, chopped small. 1 carrot, peeled & chopped into thin slices. 1 red onion, peeled & thinly sliced. 1 red pepper, deseeded & sliced. 1/4 bag of spinach. 1/2 bag of noodles steeped in hot water according to ptk instructions. Garnish. 1 red chilli, sliced thinly. 1 spring onion , chopped. 25 grms cashews. Handful of chopped coriander. Blue or regular sesame seeds. Method:
