Spicy Parsnip & Apple Soup Shots.
1 tablespoon oil.
1 onion, chopped.
1/2 tablespoons curry powder.
1 clove of garlic.
Thumb size piece of ginger, peeled & chopped.
4 parsnips, peeled & chopped.
1 apple, peeled & chopped.
750 mls vegetable stock ( bouillon)
Glug of cream.
50 grms kale.
1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder.
1 slice of Serrano ham.
Massage the kale in the olive oil. Sprinkle with chilli powder & sea salt & pop in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove after 4 minutes & shuffle them around.
Serrano Ham shards:
Put 2 slices of Serrano ham on a dry pan, put on the heat, press down with a fish slice & let it become crispy. Flip it over & let that get crisp. Remove, let it go cold & break into shards.
